For my 35th birthday I was gifted one of the most unique and adventurous gifts I’d ever received, the Minnesota Adventure Bucket List scratch off box. What this consists of is a box of 50 scratch off cards on which there is listed a town in Minnesota along with some clues about the activity with the goal of completing each activity to discover hidden gems and enjoy some of the classic experiences within the state. Completing the MN Adventure Bucket list is item #45 on my 100 Dreams List. Since this “one” item on my 100 Dreams list consists of 50 unique experiences, I figured it deserves its own blog category! Because I’ve lived in Minnesota my entire life, I have scratched off a few cards that I’ve previously experienced. My approach to these will be, if it’s something I’ve experienced relatively recently and remember it vividly, I will not be re-visiting the item. I’ve included the examples of these items (so far) below. If it’s something I remember experiencing but the details are faint, I’m going to go again! One example of this would be going to the iconic Mall of America. The last time I was there was in the eleventh grade, on a date with a boy I can barely picture, and the only thing I remember about the trip is that it was the first time I’d tried ice cream from Cold Stone Creamery (it must have been good, because that IS now my favorite ice cream chain). Sometimes I get so caught up in experiencing new places that I forget there are so many amazing things right here in my home state that I haven’t done. I can’t wait to begin working my way through the MN bucket list. And who knows, maybe I will even have to try out an adventure bucket list from another state down the road!

I can’t wait to see what all of the things are! I just looked & they have so many now! They even have a Houston metro specific one… if only I had known sooner before my trip lol.
I saw that! Or Colorado too…we’re just a skosh too late with this discovery!
Iām only a few (š) years older than you and I still have not been to some of these places.
To be fair, I do live a little closer to those three. No time like the present tho!
